The C.E.O

Sir Enoch A. lwueze is a name in the industry in Nigeria, having served Panalpina World Transport for 26 years, entering as Shipping Manager, to Container Manager, to Senior Branch Manager and to Directorship in-charge of

Corporate Development, before retiring meritoriously in 1998.

A major achievement of Sir Enoch A. lwueze in the Maritime Industry in Nigeria is the introduction of “Pre-release”.

The terminology, “Pre-release” was fashioned, originated and applied by sir lwueze in Port Harcourt in 1983 when Bonded Warehouses were closed; the essence is to release and deliver urgent goods before formalizing documentation; such urgent goods were mainly for the Oil & Gas industry which is the main stay of the Nigerian economy. Pre-release virtually replaced what was commonly practiced and known as “ninety percent” concessionary release.

Pre-release is widely known by all companies and in all countries that have Maritime trade with Nigeria.
